7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you face any size issue, color mismatch, or receive a defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags and original packaging must be intact.

A valid order ID or invoice must be provided.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email us at sales@raubindia.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Kindly include:

Your Order ID

Reason for exchange

Clear photos of the item (in case of defect or mismatch)
Please do not send any item without confirmation from our team, as such returns will not be accepted.
Eligible Exchange Reasons

Incorrect size received or fit issue

Wrong color delivered

Received a defective or damaged product
Note: Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings will not be considered valid for exchange.
Important Notes

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges are only processed once per order.

We offer exchange on all products, including those purchased during sales or special offers, subject to our standard exchange conditions

Reverse pickup or shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is proven defective.
